Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use the Korea Nomad Fest website and register for sessions.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Korea Nomad Fest and register. Please use it lawfully and do not try to interfere with the website, security checks, registration, or other people’s access.

Session confirmation and waitlists

Select at least the morning forum or evening unconference. Main sessions are free; dinner is optional and self-paid. Confirmation is per session, so a registration can include confirmed and waitlisted sessions. A waitlist request does not confirm entry. Super admins manually approve or decline requests; increasing capacity or cancelling a place does not automatically promote anyone.

Dinner is only available with evening participation and requires a confirmed evening place to be confirmed. Cancelling or declining evening participation cancels its dinner request. Morning attendees must also complete separate SURF registration; festival registration never completes SURF entry registration.

Email contact@hoppers.kr for corrections or cancellations. Do not submit another registration to change information. There is no attendee account or self-service link. All program times are Korea time (KST, UTC+9).

The autumn workation is a separate application. Its ₩0 net-cost offer is only for eligible international participants under Incheon Stay Support conditions. Optional workation-information consent is separate from required registration/privacy acknowledgement.

Festival information may change

We will do our best to keep the website accurate. The schedule, speakers, venue details, activities, and timing may change as the festival takes shape. We may change, postpone, or cancel parts of the festival when reasonably necessary.

Respect for the community

We want Korea Nomad Fest to feel welcoming and safe. If you attend, please treat other participants, speakers, partners, and team members with respect. We may refuse or remove participation when behaviour seriously disrupts the event or puts others at risk.
